order and shipping
Shipping is always free unless otherwise noted at checkout.
We will email you the tracking number for your package. You can also track the delivery directly online via the website to track your order.
The delivery time can vary from 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the country.
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday during business hours, with the exception of national holidays.
Once your order has been placed, we aim to ship it the next working day via GLS or DHL Express.
For security reasons, a signature is required for all orders for deliveries to Switzerland. If no one is available to sign for the package for two consecutive business days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.
You can track the package through your account or the Order Tracking page and check the estimated delivery date.
Please note that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours from the time the order is dispatched. For this reason, updated information cannot be displayed immediately after it is sent. Please try to retrieve the information again the next day.
If the shipment status of your order has not changed within 2-3 days, please send us an email to info@velot-demi.com . Our Customer Service will be happy to help you further.
We are sincerely sorry that your order did not arrive properly packaged. As the recipient of the package, it is advisable to check the condition of the shipping box before signing for receipt. If you notice any external damage to the package, we ask that you report this to the deliverer immediately and refuse to accept the damaged package. In progress: The order has been validated and is being processed.
Completed: The order has been shipped to the shipping address you provided when you made your online purchase. You can check the shipping status of your order via the provided tracking number at the following address: GLS or DHL
Still open : The payment of the order has not yet been completed. Please write an e-mail to customer service , they will get back to you shortly to help you with the order.
Canceled : The order was either canceled by you or canceled because the item may not be available. It is also possible that payment for your order has not been confirmed.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional taxes and customs duties may apply.
Our top priority is to display as accurately as possible the colours, details, prices and availability of our items on the websites. Canceling an order is the last thing we want to do. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days. The bag must be in its original condition, including packaging, dust bag, labels and protective films. To avoid imprints in the leather, the bag should not be placed on the straps or other hard objects.

As our company is new, we are currently unable to cover return shipping costs. If a model is not in stock, we sometimes offer it on pre-order.
This means that you can pre-order a model that is currently in production.
